Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse New Grad. The RN will provide continuous, quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort from admission through discharge.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians in procedure rooms, sedation support, sterile technique, and post-anesthesia care. The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, BLS/ACLS (PALS as needed), strong decision-making and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS and ACLS Required, PALS if required by the center
• Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
• Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Registered Nurse New Grad at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter

The Registered Nurse New Grad provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, providing patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. May assist the physicians in the procedure rooms with various tasks, including conscious sedation, and utilizing sterile techniques as deemed appropriate. Will provide total comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family in preparation for discharge

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS and ACLS Required, PALS if required by the center

Starting Pay: $38.03/hr Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
