Job summary

AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a registered nurse for full-time day shift. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and educate patients and families. A clinical ladder and sign-on/relocation bonuses are available for eligible candidates.

Requirements include Florida RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Schedule: Days, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Pay range shown and benefits apply from Day One.

Job Description:

Up to a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus *For Eligible Candidates

Schedule: Days 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

Work Experience:

$31.85 - $52.76
