The role requires flexibility, dependability, and a patient‑advocate mindset. A 1‑year MO RN experience and an MO nursing license are expected; rotating day schedule with on‑call coverage in a top neurosurgical program.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience (MO).
• Active RN license per MO requirements (NURSYS).
• Experience in neuro surgical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Circulate a variety of neuro OR cases with focus on patient safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate plan of care for assigned patients with the care team.
• Provide patient advocacy during intra‑operative phase and supervise other patient care staff.
