You will maintain clear communication with patients and families, document accurately, and adhere to policies while participating in ongoing professional development and performance accountability.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as needed.
• Minimum of 12 months RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency.
• Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work safely in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
