We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham.

Key Responsibilities

Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.Providing clinical support and resources.Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.Working 10-hour shifts with short-call requirements32 & 40 hour positions available.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of OR experience. Pediatric experience preferred.

License / Certifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Massachusetts nursing license.

Sign-On Bonus

*Sign-on bonus of $20,000 for full-time, 40 hour per week hires & $16,000 for 32 hour per week hires, with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years). *
