Staff Nurse I

Position Summary / Department Summary:

• We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Operating Room at Needham

Key Responsibilities:

• Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting.
• Providing clinical support and resources.
• Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
• Working 10‑hour shifts with short‑call requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of OR experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

License/Certifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and MA nursing license.

Sign‑on bonus of $20,000 for full‑time, 40 hour per week hires with over 2 years of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse (who have not worked here in the past 2 years).

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good‑faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job‑related factors.
