Job summary

Emerald Staffing Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to work across multiple units at a 67-bed acute-care facility with a Level 3 Trauma Center and birth center. New graduates are welcome, and opportunities exist in Med/Surg, ED, ICU, and Obstetrics units.

This role focuses on promoting continuity of care, direct patient care on the unit, and supervising licensed and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for patients in a rural community hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on assigned units.
• Supervise the care given by LPNs, CNAs, Patient Care Aides and other support staff.
