Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a mission‑driven health system and impact thousands of patients. Roles include full‑time and part‑time shifts across Day/Night coverage, with opportunities across multiple specialties.

RNs will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate with care teams, educate patients and families, and support long‑term outcomes while adhering to clinical protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
