Endeavor Health is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for per diem shifts in Elmhurst, IL. The role involves direct patient care under a nurse supervisor, delivering safe and compassionate care across rotating days, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements include IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP within specified timeframes, with 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred. Competitive shift-based compensation applies.

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be completed within five years if ADN was highest degree.
• Current CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross).
• ACLS certification within six months of start date.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Elmhurst, IL
• Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 / per 6-week schedule
• Hours: Days 7 am to 7:30 pm, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
