Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital seeks a professional Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in the Women & Newborn Services department. The RN provides care per standards of practice and may lead CNA/SNA staff as assigned, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

Requirements include an Illinois RN license, CPR and NRP certification. Night shift, 12-hour shifts, every third weekend and group holidays.

Summary: Provides professional nursing skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for assigned patients. The Registered Nurse provides care consistent with the standards of professional nursing. Provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA and other healthcare workers as assigned.

Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois. CPR and NRP.

Work Shift Details: Nights -12 Hours, every third weekend Group holiday

The expected pay for this position is listed below: $35.00 - $42.50 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
