RENALCARE ASSOCIATES S C is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Peoria clinic. This full-time outpatient role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will use nursing judgment to support patient care and build ongoing relationships with patients managing chronic conditions. Responsibilities include triage, coordinating orders, providing education, and ensuring follow-up.

Qualifikationen

• Active, current RN license.
• Previous professional nursing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy clinic.
• Good clinical judgment and escalation when needed.
• Team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Experience in nephrology is helpful but not required; other specialties may apply.

RenalCare Associates is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Peoria clinic. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys being actively involved in patient care, using their nursing knowledge and developing ongoing relationships with patients managing chronic health conditions.

What You'll Do

Our Clinic RNs are an important connection between our patients and physicians. You'll help coordinate care, answer clinical questions, provide education and make sure patients receive the follow-up they need.

Requirements:

You should have:

• A current Registered Nurse license
• Previous professional nursing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• The ability to manage changing priorities in a busy clinical environment
• Good clinical judgment and the confidence to recognize when a patient concern needs to be escalated
• A dependable, team-oriented approach to patient care

Experience in nephrology is helpful, but not required. Nurses with backgrounds in med-surg, critical care, cardiology, primary care, specialty clinics, triage, care coordination or other clinical environments may also be well suited for this position.
