Job summary

Dallas Center United Methodist is seeking a registered nurse to render highly professional nursing care to assigned patients, following the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will provide direct and indirect care while supporting the mission and values of Methodist Health System.

The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS certification, and Texas nursing licensure or eligibility, with at least six months of RN experience.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Basic Life Support Certification.
Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
Work experience: Six months RN experience.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) for patient care.
Communicate clearly with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and accurate documentation of patient information.
Administer medications and IV therapies following standards of care.
Support hospital mission, vision, and values.

Your Job Requirements

episode of care.
