Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accountability and evaluating care across colleagues.

You will coordinate patient care across departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning with Mercy's mission and standards.

Competenze

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure, adhering to all board requirements.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.

• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific credentials may be required based on the department.

Skills & Responsibilities

Perform duties requiring physical strength (pushing, pulling, lifting 50 lbs), prolonged standing, walking, and flexibility to reach, bend, kneel, and squat. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure quality care delivery.
