Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift in Orange City, FL. Clinicians may earn salary increases through the Clinical Ladder program based on experience and advancement criteria.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, educate patients and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Florida and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• BLS certification and acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
