Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Pulmonary Renal Unit to provide compassionate bedside care for adults with complex pulmonary and renal conditions. The role includes post-surgical recovery support and chronic disease management.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, create individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.
