Health Wealth Safe, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to join our rural critical access hospital team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical, emergency, and outpatient patients, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.

You will administer medications, monitor patient status, document accurately, educate patients and families, and participate in quality improvement efforts in a hands-on clinical role.
