Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients with medical and post-surgical needs in a patient-first environment.

You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document nursing care in the EMR to ensure safe outcomes.

Qualificações

• Current RN license and ability to provide direct bedside care.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration, safety practices, and infection control.
• Effective communication and teamwork with clinical and provider partners.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and clear, accurate recordkeeping.
