Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality, holistic nursing care in a Med-Surg setting, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Key Responsibilities: Lead patient care, develop and monitor personalized care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary communication, observe and document patient conditions, and manage discharge processes for seamless care transitions.
• Qualifications: Valid RN license from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Education must include a nursing diploma from an accredited institution.
