Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to adults with diverse needs in a hospital setting.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and high-quality outcomes while contributing to quality and safety initiatives.
