Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-level nursing care and coordinate direct and indirect patient care across units. You will utilize the nursing process and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continual professional growth; weekend shifts may be needed, with a 12X3 day rotation and hours 0645-1915.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so.
• Work experience: at least 2 years RN experience.

Job Description

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
