Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide high-quality critical care nursing on a 12-hour night rotation for a full-time position.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, direct and mentor other team members, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered outcomes. Texas RN license required or eligibility. A sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Texas RN license or eligibility to practice.
• At least 6 months of critical care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Full-time, Night Shift, Sign-On Bonus Available

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
