Job summary

Cooper University Health Care in South Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team on Kelemen 10. The nurse assumes responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and supervises and provides care using the nursing process, including the therapeutic use of self.

Kelemen 10 is a medical-surgical unit with telemetry; South 10 includes an Intermediate Care Unit and access to a pharmacist on the unit to support timely care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
• Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
• Certain specialties may require advanced certification (e.g. ACLS, NALS, PALS).

Responsibilities

• Follows established policies and procedures.
• Communicates openly with internal customers and supervisors.
• Provides excellent patient care interfacing well with staff, management, and physicians.
• Applies Cooper core values.
• Other duties as required.
