Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate comprehensive nursing care, educate patients, and manage care transitions under the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards.

The RN will lead through preceptorship and quality improvement initiatives, delegate tasks by skill and patient acuity, and foster mentoring and teamwork while potentially driving a personal vehicle and maintaining licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Evidence of BSN within five years of RN start date (for recent graduates).
• One year of RN or LPN experience preferred.
• Current RN license, Basic Life Support certification, and relevant state licensure.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to unpredictable situations.

They support professional practice across various settings, adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and ANA standards. The RN demonstrates leadership through preceptorship, informal roles, and quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include delegating tasks based on skill, experience, and patient acuity, and effective communication, mentoring, and team collaboration. The role may require driving a personal vehicle and is eligible for TN sponsorship with proper licensure and certification.

This nonexempt role offers a competitive salary ($43.84 - $66.84/hour) with a part-time schedule, including a 12-hour day/night rotation and every 3rd weekend/holiday. Benefits are not included.
