Job summary

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, part of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an RN to join our Med/Surg team on the 4 Pavilion unit for a 24-hour-per-week night schedule.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, delegating to the care team as needed, with emphasis on safety, quality, and compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN highly preferred.
• Current RN Pennsylvania State License required.
• Current BCLS required or obtained by completion of orientation.
• ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with time limits with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
