Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System seeks a Staff RN for a 12 Hour Day Shift to provide patient care in line with the Nursing Process and organizational standards. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care across patients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

This role emphasizes autonomy, evidence-based practice, and commitment to Magnet-recognized care standards, reporting to the Nursing leadership. Ohio RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage patient care, including delegation and supervision.
