Role Overview: The registered nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating comprehensive nursing care, including direct patient care, education for patients and families, and care transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support professional nursing practices across various settings and care continuum.
• Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of patient care within the Nursing Practice Model.
• Provide leadership through mentorship, informal leadership, and quality improvement activities.
• Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, acuity, and resource availability.
• Maintain excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills; participate in committees or projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a nursing program; Baccalaureate degree in nursing required within five years if starting after April 2020.
• One year of RN experience or equivalent LPN experience preferred.
• Valid RN license, current Basic Life Support certification, and computer proficiency.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
