Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. in New Jersey is seeking registered nurses to join a Med/Surg team dedicated to high-quality patient care and collaborative teamwork.

Candidates must hold an active NJ nursing license, BLS/CPR, BSN in progress or willingness to pursue within 3 years, and have at least six months of nursing experience or be in the Nurse Residency Program; one year Med/Surg experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• New Jersey nursing license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Must have six (6) months or more nursing experience OR be an active Nurse Residency Program participant.
• One year of Med/Surg experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork, ongoing education, and patient-focused care are required.
