Mercy Hospital Logan County in Guthrie, OK is seeking a Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) for the Med/Surg department. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with day shifts from 7am to 7pm and rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Active RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Physical requirements: Lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; flexibility to reach, bend, kneel, twist and squat.
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (or within 30 days) and other unit-specific certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
• Required Certifications (training provided by Mercy during the orientation period if not already certified):
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
• Other unit specific certifications as required or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe.
