Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years RN experience with direct patient care preferred
• Active RN license (US)
• BLS certification required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and respond decisively to emergencies

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation with evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making
• Coordinate and document safe care delivery in a respectful, inclusive environment
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and protocol development to improve outcomes
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth
• Promote evidence-based practice and compliance with policies; participate in data collection and clinical questions
• Support resource management and proactive care planning across the continuum
