Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Exeter Hospital 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit. The role focuses on medical, surgical and telemetry patients with a 5:1 ratio during the day and 6:1 at night, delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

BSN preferred; RN license NH or compact state required; BCLS certification due within 30 days of hire; 1 year Med/Surg experience strongly preferred. Per diem, dayshift, competitive pay from $35.00–$63.15 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Join a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit caring for medical, surgical and telemetry patients.
• Maintain high quality patient care with patient ratios around 5:1 days and 6:1 nights.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely care and safety.
