Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse – Med Surg in the Tucson, AZ area. Night shifts are available across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Nurses with experience in Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Orthopedics, and other areas are encouraged to apply.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS, and 1 year Med-Surg experience. Excellent EMR skills and strong clinical abilities are expected.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of acute Med-Surg nursing experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, and implement physician-directed treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and smooth discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
