• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement department improvements.
• Guide staff during life-threatening situations and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Innovate work processes to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in clinical leadership activities such as coaching, mentoring, staffing, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute to healthcare delivery improvements and support ongoing learning.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
