Job summary

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, coordinate discharges, and educate patients and families. Use digital tools to manage your schedule and documentation while maintaining safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Experience delivering evidence-based bedside care in acute care.
• Proficient in IV therapies and medication administration.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate discharges with care teams.
• Experience with electronic health records and digital scheduling.
