Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for Medical-Surgical units in Bradenton, FL. We welcome nurses with experience across cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedics, and other med-surg areas. Positions offered include day and night shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Requirements include ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, and 1 year of nursing experience. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical skills are essential to deliver quality

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient population with acute/chronic conditions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic and acute disease management and post-discharge care
• Document care accurately per hospital policies and procedures

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in a medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including those with both acute and chronic medical conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans as directed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care and to facilitate discharge planning
• Educate patients and their families on chronic and acute disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, in compliance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $50,000 to $83,780 /year
