Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit to deliver safe patient care and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team. The role emphasizes nursing process delivery, patient teaching, and collaboration with physicians.

The position requires active RN license, BLS, and ACLS with preference for BSN and ventilator management experience. Night shifts, full-time status, and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patient status, including cardiac monitoring and review of tests.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He / She communicates with physician about changes in the patient's clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Qualifications

• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $42.00 to $52.51. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
