Job summary

St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-time role on a 12 Hour Day Shift with 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay) 7a-7:30p, and every other weekend. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and oversee delegation to the healthcare team.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, current PA RN license, BCLS, and ACLS if applicable. Certifications are welcomed. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the delivery of patient care. The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

Education and Training

BSN degree in Nursing preferred

Certification and Licensure

Current RN Pennsylvania state license required.

Current BCLS required or obtained by completion of orientation.

ACLS required or obtained by completion of orientation if Applicable to Area of Practice.

Professional certifications preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate must be organized and able to lead and manage a team.
• Demonstrates ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills.
• Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations with a high degree of accuracy.
