Job summary

Incredible Health in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate holds an ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS certification, and about 1 year of medical-surgical experience.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe discharge planning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active, unencumbered status
• 1 year nursing experience in medical-surgical or similar setting
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic conditions
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatments as directed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning
• Educate patients and families on chronic disease management and post-discharge care
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately per hospital policies

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing

Salary: $50,000 to $83,780 /year
