Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical in Bradenton, FL to provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population. Experience in cardiac, wound, or neuro care is valued, and nurses will work with physicians to manage treatment plans and discharge planning.

Candidates must hold an ADN or higher, be an actively licensed RN, and have at least 1 year of relevant experience with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical or similar setting.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to diverse patient populations with acute and chronic conditions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR per hospital policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Cardiac patients, Couplet care, EKG monitoring, Educator, Fundal massage, Healing, Neuro patients, Oncology patients, Orthopedic patients, Ostomy care, PCA pumps , Traction & cast care, Tube feeding management, or Wound & drain care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
