Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Evanston, IL for Maternal Fetal Medicine. Full-time role with potential Saturday coverage; 0745-1700 schedule, no holidays anticipated. Travel to other Endeavor Health sites may be required.

Responsibilities include independent nursing care in MFM, performing NSTs, and guiding unlicensed staff while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school of nursing is required.
• BSN strongly preferred by the employer.
• Current IL nursing licensure and BLS/CPR certification required.

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Complete non-stress tests (NSTs).
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position: Registered Nurse – Maternal Fetal Medicine Location: Evanston, IL Full Time/Part Time: Full time, 40 hours per week Hours: Generally scheduled between 0745- 1700 Monday -Friday (may eventually include some Saturdays) No holidays: no call Travel : Required to travel to other Endeavor Health sites when needed

What you will do:

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Maternal Fetal Medicine Department
• Complete NSTs
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required (from AHA) NST certification strongly preferred
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Experience: 1 year of inpatient Labor and Delivery or High‑Risk OB experience required Fetal Monitoring experience required

Unique or Preferred Skills:

• NST and high-risk obstetrics experience
