Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking Market Float ED RNs to provide critical emergency nursing care across four local Emergency Departments, including hospitals and freestanding EDs.

You will perform rapid triage, initial and ongoing assessments, and promptly report changes in patient status while collaborating with physicians, specialists, and team members to ensure safe patient transfers and smooth shift changes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state (SC).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant ED or acute care experience.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and prioritize patient safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
