Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a team-based environment. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $40 to $45 and includes opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership.

The RN will assess residents, develop and implement care plans with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS standards.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license is required.
• LTC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate with IDT to optimize health outcomes.
• Supervise CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations.
