Job summary

Athena Care Resources Home Health Agency is seeking RNs, LPNs, and HHAs for flexible home health nursing roles across Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties in Florida, including pediatric and adult patients. We offer opportunities for intermittent skilled nursing visits or private duty nursing with various shift lengths and a supportive onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid nursing license in Florida.
• AHCA Clearinghouse fingerprinting required.
• Active BLS CPR certification is required.
• Home health care experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessment of the patient at the start of care.
• Coordinate patient care and manage visits.
• Provide intermittent skilled nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Deliver private duty nursing for pediatrics and adults with 8/12/16 hour shifts.

• For comprehensive assessment of patient at start of care.

RNs and LPNs to provide:

• Intermittent skilled nursing care for patient in their home.
• Private Duty Nursing For Pediatrics and Adults:
  • 8-hour shifts.
  • 12-hour shifts.
  • 16-hour shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License.
