Job summary

Bradford Health Services is seeking night shift Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to support our Primary Mental Health Unit at Woodland Recovery Center. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vitals, administer medications, and ensure patient safety during nighttime hours.

You will educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Woodland Recovery Center provides evidence-based, multi-level care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our mission is to support our patients as they achieve their recovery and wellness goals through our inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. We are seeking a Night Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses to add to our dynamic team who can support our Primary Mental Health Unit! Woodland nurses play a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care ensuring the health and well-being of residents. This position involves comprehensive patient care while maintaining clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families. Nurses will educate patients on health maintenance and treatment plans, promoting recovery and enhancing quality of life. Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, our nurses ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role is essential in providing personalized, attentive care that supports the physical and emotional needs of each resident in a safe and supportive environment.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
