Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, recovery-focused care for adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment programs. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor medical and psychiatric status, and support clients during meals and therapies.

Collaboration with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists shapes individualized plans and ensures accurate EHR entries.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in state of practice.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• CPI or de-escalation training preferred.
• Psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with eating disorder populations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment.
• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments and vital sign monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Monitor clients' medical and psychiatric status, intervening in crises as needed.
• Support clients during meals and snacks in alignment with treatment goals.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists on individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families on medications, health conditions, and recovery skills.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed milieu.
• Participate in staff trainings, supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.
