Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a qualified Ambulatory RN for Levine Children’s Midtown in Charlotte. You will provide high-quality pediatric care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with interprofessional teams to support well-being from birth through growth.

The role requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and at least one year of acute care experience, with pediatric experience and BLS mandatory; PALS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state.
• Minimum of one year RN experience in an acute care setting.
• Pediatric experience required; triage experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
• PALS preferred.

• The Ambulatory and Outpatient RN, a member of Advocate Health Nursing Professional Governance, provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an ambulatory setting.
• The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes.

Our board-certified pediatricians and advanced practice professionals specialize in general pediatrics, with care that helps your child feel their very best from birth and as they grow up. Our services include well-child checkups, immunizations, and same-day sick visits, as well as management of chronic diseases like diabetes and asthma. Plus, since we’re part of Atrium Health Levine Children’s, your child has seamless access to Levine Children’s Hospital if more advanced care is needed.

We’reLooking For:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred
