Job summary

Haven Health in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality, holistic nursing care under the Director of Nursing. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to work with English-language communication. You will participate in health screenings, TB testing, and routine employee health activities as part of a skilled nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary RN License.
• Active CPR Certification (Class-Instructed).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.
