Unit Description:

Porter Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Lead Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care while serving as a clinical leader and resource for the practice’s clinical support staff.

The Lead RN is responsible for addressing patients’ nursing needs in both the office and telephone settings, coordinating care with providers, and ensuring care is delivered according to professional nursing standards. This role also provides leadership, guidance, and support to clinical team members while helping maintain efficient clinical operations and exceptional patient experiences.
