Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA) is seeking a full-time evening shift Labor and Delivery Charge Registered Nurse to oversee shift operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will act as a Charge RN, liaising with management, providing clinical support, and mentoring staff, including participation in performance reviews. Strong leadership and clinical planning are essential for unit compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license is required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification is required for the specific unit.
• 4-year degree is preferred with relevant experience.
