The Birth Place at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is a dedicated Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum unit delivering family-centered care. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care during ante-, intra-, and post-partum periods, including Cesarean procedures, on a per diem shift model.

We seek a graduate of an accredited nursing program with NH RN licensure and at least 1 year in Labor & Delivery. Per diem shifts offer education and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.

As a four-time Magnet-designated facility, we uphold the highest standards of nursing excellence, guided by AWHONN best practices and supported by the OBIX Perinatal Data System for continuous fetal monitoring. Staffed 24/7 by board-certified Obstetricians and Certified Nurse Midwives, our multidisciplinary team—including RNs, LNAs, Health Unit Coordinators, lactation consultants, and pediatric and obstetric providers—delivers compassionate, expert care in a seamless environment that includes a Level II Special Care Nursery with Mass General-affiliated Neonatologists.
