Job summary

The role requires Labor and Delivery experience, RN licensure, ACLS/BLS within the specified timeframes, and shifts that include nights. This position offers staffing support and access to hospital resources to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

• RN; Registered Nurse with active license in the state.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with the care team in Labor and Delivery.
• Advocate for patients and families while aligning with the hospital's vision, standards, and policies.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma
• Part Time Nights - 2 shifts a week
• Must have Labor and Delivery experience
